Out of stock items (Back Orders / Pre Orders)

When browsing our full catalogue range you may find an item that is currently out of stock. In order to overcome this we provide the facility to place the item on Back Order. We will reserve this item on your behalf so when the product is back in stock we can automatically process the order and despatch the product to you.

Will I get charged when I place the order?
Items placed on Back Order will only be charged when we you order the goods. You may also cancel a back order at any time - please contact GotchaSomething Customer Services at Service@GotchaSomething.co.uk

What happens if some items are in stock and I back order other items?
When you place the order all the items available for despatch will be sent immediately. Outstanding products on back order will be despatched as soon as all the remaining items are in stock, to complete the order in one parcel.

Will I be charged carriage on Back Orders?
On the UK mainland, you will be charged only once per order for carriage. This charge will be levied against the first shipment of goods. Outside the UK, should further export carriage costs be required we will contact you before despatch.

Returns


Can I return an item?
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, a Returns request must be raised using the method below. For full details see our Term and Conditions.

How do I return an item?
Log on using your account details and select Orders History. Search for the order you would like to create a return for and select 'Create return request'. Fill in the return request form and await a reply via email. If the return is authorised you can print a Returns note and sent it to the address above.

Delivery

Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is free within the UK mainland for all orders over £50 inclusive of VAT. For orders under £50 inclusive of VAT a small order charge will be levied. The current charge is – Order Value up to £9.99 - £2.99, Order Value £10 to £24.99 - £3.99 and Order Value £25 to £49.99 - £4.99

When will I receive my order?
All orders are posted First Class Parcel Post and your goods should arrive within 3-5 working days Monday to Friday but exclusive of Bank Holidays subject to successful credit card authorisation. In exceptional circumstances the delivery may take up to 21 days. Please check with your local Royal Mail sorting office for undelivered parcels before contacting us.

Overseas delivery?
The delivery charge is calculated on checkout.

Payment

How do I checkout?
Make sure you have all the items you want in your basket before you click the Checkout button. You will then be redirected to a log-in page. If you are an existing customer, please log in using the details which you have set up with us. If you are a new customer, click on the Register link and register your details with us. Once logged in, proceed to checkout page.

When will I be charged for my order?
We debit the money from your account when the order is placed on the internet.

Can I pay by Cheque?
Yes, place an order online and chose the Cheque payment option, and send a cheque made payable GotchaSomething quoting your order number. We will reserve your goods for 14 days from date of order, awaiting your payment. Goods will then be sent once the payment has cleared.

Completing your order

How do I know that you have received my order?
On the checkout page you click Complete Purchase. A page will then appear after a few seconds, thanking you for your order and giving you the details of your order, with an order reference number. You will also get an e-mail sent to the account you are registered with. Should you have any problems, you can contact the customer service team details can be found in the Contact Us section

How can I track the progress of my order?
Once you have completed your order, you can track the progress of your order. Log in, and click on the Order History button. Typically an order will go through various stages: Order being processed, Order Despatched.
